Shipping Processing Times
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Please note: orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends.
In periods of high demand, dispatch may be delayed slightly. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you directly via email or phone.
Free Standard Delivery on Orders Over £150 All items ship from our UK warehouse.

Refund & Returns
We are happy to accept all our items back within 60 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and within the original packaging. If 60 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete a return please include a copy of your invoice or order details. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
