Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If we expect a significant delay to your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to mainland UK orders over £40.
Orders below £40 are charged £2.99.

Some UK locations may incur additional charges depending on item size and weight.

All items are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail, Evri, DX and DHL, depending on order value, location, and parcel size.

Most orders are shipped on a 24-hour service, although some items may be sent on a 48-hour service depending on product type and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

My Fiamma is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees applied to your order.
Any such charges (tariffs, import taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to northern island has a flat rate of £9.99 for all items
