Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

How long will my order take to process?

Do you ship internationally?

What is your returns policy?
Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase,
we accept returns of unused items within 60 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Are there return shipping fees?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

What if my item arrives damaged?

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t operate a traditional exchange system. Instead, you can return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
What packaging do I need for a return?
Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not show signs of installation or use. Products returned damaged, incomplete or used may not qualify for a full refund.

What’s the difference between the F45, F80 and F65 awnings?
F45 / F45S – Side or wall-mounted awning. Ideal when you can mount to a vertical wall of a motorhome or campervan.
F80 / F80S – Roof-mounted awning (mounted along the roof rail or top of the vehicle); suited for vans and motorhomes where wall mounting isn’t possible.
F65 / F65S – An older roof-mounted model (mainly vans) which has been superseded by F80S; compatibility and brackets vary.
Can I fit a Fiamma awning to a pop-top or elevating roof?
Yes, but only certain awnings are suitable, and you may need a specialised adapter. Always check compatibility for pop-top vehicles before ordering.
Are Fiamma bike racks compatible with e-bikes?
Some racks are, but not all.
E-bikes are heavier and require racks with a higher load capacity.

Yes, My Fiamma only supplies 100% genuine Fiamma products sourced directly from approved UK distributors. We do not sell copies or unbranded alternatives.
What are Fiamma awnings made from?
Most Fiamma awnings feature a Durable aluminium case and a UV-resistant, waterproof vinyl canopy designed to withstand long-term outdoor use.
Are Fiamma awnings waterproof?
Yes. Fiamma awning fabrics are waterproof and UV-resistant, offering shade in summer and reliable protection from light rain. Side panels or Privacy Rooms are recommended for full weather protection.
What is the difference between a Privacy Room and side panels?
Privacy Rooms create a full enclosed space with walls, windows and doors.
Side panels offer partial protection from wind or shade but do not enclose the area fully. You can create the full enclosure setup, with all 3 side panels.
